Heather Rosplock,
Director
Heather Rosplock began her career in pageants at the age of 15 when she competed in the Miss American Coed Scholarship Pageant. She went on to compete in Miss Southeast Texas USA, Miss Houston USA and Miss Texas USA. While in College, Heather also modeled and traveled with the World Famous Texas Bikini Team. Finally after not being around the pageant or modeling industry for 12 years, Heather ran for Mrs. Texas United States, as Mrs. Houston and placed 2nd Runner Up. As an Educator with an Entrepreneur’s spirit, Heather is excited about her new journey as Co-Founder of Crowned Productions and Co-Director of the Texas United States Pageant. As a resident of Spring, Texas, Heather is married with two boys, a cat, a dog and a leopard spotted Gecko. Heather received her Bachelors Degree from Sam Houston State University in Marketing while playing Women’s Tennis for SHSU. She went on to receive her Masters Degree in Secondary Education and has been working in education for the past 6 years. Heather is excited to help women follow their dreams and shoot for the stars!  Melissa Bennett,
Executive Producer
Melissa was born with the need to “create." An entrepreneur with both a finance and marketing background, she’s spent her career consulting on successful launch and growth strategies. A recent project she’s very proud of is her work with a modeling and talent agency based in Southern California. “Spending five plus years helping a successful agency grow, not only through the beauty, poise and talent of the models/actors but with strong strategic planning - it was an amazing experience. I love the idea of wonderful people with high values, integrity and goals bringing light to their aesthetically driven industry.” Melissa enjoys bringing this experience to the pageant world.
Advisory/Production Committees
The Crowned Production team consists of experienced and seasoned professionals in the fields of pageants, performing arts, health/beauty and model/talent. “We are very lucky to have them on board”, says Heather Rosplock, Director of Miss Junior Teen, Miss Teen, Miss and Ms. Texas United States.
The Selection Committee chooses contestants based on aesthetics, personal accomplishments and ability to articulate platform. Members of this team have a background in pageants, talent management and beauty.
Our production team consists of major talents from theatre, dance and modeling. The shows they create are both fun, and visually exciting. Melissa Bennett, Executive Producer of Miss Junior Teen, Miss Teen, Miss and Ms. Texas United States says, “We are just so honored to have them as part of our team! Teresa Dossman,
Performance Director/Producer
The Texas United States Pageant is so honored to have Teresa Dossman on the team. Teresa is a skilled dancer who has trained all throughout her life. While attending Southwest Texas State University, she was a member of the prestigious Strutter Dance Team fours years in a row. After college, as she entered into high school instruction in the Houston area of Texas, she became a nationally awarded dance coach, drill instructor and choreographer at the high school level in the Spring Independent School District. As a busy mom and wife, Teresa Dossman also juggles an extremely successful career as the Director of Career and Technical Education in her school district, a professional speaking career with National Seminars Group and is a Real Estate Agent and Consultant with Prudential Gary Greene. Teresa is the director of the performance and instrumental in the growth of this system and supporters in Texas. The Texas United States pageant would like to thank her for her tireless work - "Teresa, you are the sunshine that makes beautiful things blossom.
